If a carrier fails to pick up your vehicle as promised, you can cancel your order with us and receive a full refund on your deposit and any additional moneys paid. Or if you want us to continue with your order AmeriFreight will provide an additional $50 to $200 to ship your vehicle.

NO SHIPMENT should go without the AFTA plan.

Statistics have shown that approximately 1 in 20 vehicles may incur some type of damage during the shipping process. If this damage is for some reason* not covered by the carriers insurance or you notice it after delivery and signing of the bill of lading, you have no recourse but to use your own funds or personal insurance to repair your vehicle and costing you $100's or $1000's in personal costs or deductibles.

Purchase our exclusive AFTA plan to have peace of mind that if, for any reason you need to use your own personal insurance to cover damage or loss, we will pay up to $1000 towards your deductible. 

The AFTA Plan also covers damages up to $400 in case it is noticed after a vehicle is delivered. No insurance submission is neccessary. Only picture images need to be submitted and 3 quotes from authorized body repair shops.

Under normal circumstances all carriers are covered by damage and loss for your vehicle and you will never have to pay anything toward damages. This is included in all our shipping transaction's terms and conditions. But there are exceptions. When your  vehicle(s) for purposes of parking, storage or loading/ unloading a truck incidental to the performance of the obligations under our contract terms and conditions is damaged or when carrier companies go out of business or fraudulent business practices prevents a claim from being settled, if for any of these reasons you have to use your personal vehicle insurance to settle a claim and repair damages, we have you covered by the Total Assurance Plan. 

It is essential that all customers have personal vehicle insurance. This plan will cover the deductible to a maximum amount of $1000 upon receipt of payment from the customer's insurance company, even if you get your deductible refunded by your insurance company.. There is no other broker in the USA currently offering this assurance coverage.

Please note, our rates are extremely competitive. The guarantee is only valid if we fail to assign your order to a carrier for pickup within the promised time.  Once a carrier is assigned and you decide to cancel, your order is subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee that will be taken from your deposit. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded in full. If we cannot ship a vehicle at the time promised, you are welcome to cancel the order or with no obligation or upgrade to the priority service rate for expedited pickup.The AFTA plan is subject to all other terms and conditions of the shipment contract. It is offered exclusively by AmeriFreight and its partner companies and cannot be transferred or sold by anyone else but the owner of the shipping contract.
